Search Strategist Part -Time ( AI-Native)

At Fulltimeforce, we are looking for a Search Strategist (AI & SEO) to work with one of our USA clients. This position is open to candidates based in Latin America (LATAM) and is 100% remote, part-time (20 hours per week), and paid in USD.

Requirements:

• Advanced written and spoken English (will be assessed during the hiring process).
• 3-5 years of B2B SEO, including setting priorities for clients, technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content and AI Overviews / AEO (any B2B industry counts).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, with the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output. Claude Code experience is a plus, but not required.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, GSC, Bing Webmaster, and HubSpot attribution
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.

Nice to have: Experience with link building or digital PR, multi-language SEO, site migrations, B2B/industrial SEO, or AEO.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage SEO and AEO strategies for B2B clients, using data from GSC, GA4, crawl data and other relevant sources to identify priorities and opportunities.
• Run clients 90-day SEO/AEO cycles, coordinating specialists, contractors and Account Managers to ensure effective implementation.
• Identify and prioritize technical issues, coordinating with developers to implement and validate improvements.
• Monitor performance and prepare SEO/AEO reporting, tracking progress against client objectives.
• Present recommendations and progressively own SEO / AEO strategy across a portfolio of approximately 11 B2B client accounts.
